Ekons System® Licensing to incorporate industrialised capacity into your company
We license Ekons System® so that developers, construction companies, industrial firms, and business groups can develop, manufacture, and assemble building projects with our 3D modular steel technology.
What does it mean to license Ekons System®?
To incorporate a technology without having to develop it from scratch. We grant the use of Ekons System® to transform it into a real productive capacity.
Through the licence agreement, a company can use Ekons System® to develop industrialised projects, manufacture the 3D Modular Industrialised Units, and carry out their assembly at the building’s final location.
Licensing allows the incorporation of an already developed and protected technology, along with the processes, digital tools, and knowledge necessary to apply it.
It is not merely about using a construction system. The licence provides access to an integrated model that connects project, manufacturing, and assembly.
A licence that integrates construction, digitalisation, manufacturing, and sustainability

Patented 3D Modular System
Industrialised units with a steel structure and an anchoring system designed to configure the building and enable its dismantling.

Proprietary Digital
Platform
The platform’s information connects architecture, structure, installations, budget, and manufacturing to provide a single view of costs, materials, and timelines.

Planned and Controlled Manufacturing
We organise resources, tasks, and production sequences to reduce waste, anticipate incidents, and improve process control.

Reversible and Circular Construction
Modules can be dismantled and reincorporated into the value chain, either as units or as materials.
A licensing model for each type of initiative
The licence can be linked to a territory, a specific project, or a business opportunity comprising several buildings. The choice will depend on the expected trajectory, production volume, and the industrial capacity required to be implemented.
Territory Licence
For developing continuous productive activity in a geographical area
It allows the implementation and use of Ekons System® within a specific territory to develop different building projects.
It is designed for companies that identify sufficient demand and want to incorporate the technology as a new line of activity with continuity over time.
Before applying, it is necessary to analyse the potential market of the territory, the expected portfolio, and the possible presence of other licensees.

Project Licence
For manufacturing and assembling a specific project
This is a temporary licence linked to a specific project. It allows the use of Ekons System® for the period necessary to develop, manufacture, and assemble that building.
The licence expires when the project for which it was granted ends and does not automatically authorise its use in future operations.
This model is designed for projects with sufficient volume to incorporate into their business plan the investment required to implement manufacturing capacity.
The technology is licensed to execute a specific project and for the duration of its development.
Business Opportunity Licence
For developing several buildings within the same operation
This is a temporary licence linked to an opportunity formed by a set of related buildings or projects.
It may be suitable for residential programmes, urban developments, or operations that concentrate a high demand for industrial capacity during a specific period.
It can also be used when the production volume temporarily exceeds the capacity of companies that already hold a licence in that territory.
The licence remains valid until the completion of the buildings included in the business opportunity.
It allows the use of Ekons System® to execute a larger-scale operation comprising several buildings.

What capacity does your portfolio need to become buildings?
We analyse your territory, project, or business opportunity to assess which licensing model can best integrate into your strategy and what resources would be needed to implement it.
