1. Opening Services
Preparing productive capacity before starting manufacturing
Opening Services encompass the necessary actions to launch the industrial activity of a new licensee company.
We analyse the characteristics of the future plant, define the manufacturing resources, and help prepare the team that will be responsible for developing the activity.
2. Factory Co-management
Supporting management during the first years of activity
During the first two years, we work alongside the plant’s general management to support the implementation of the production model and transfer the experience accumulated by Ekonsteam.
This support is based on the knowledge acquired in the management and operation of the JIT HOUSING factory, the first licensee company of Ekons System®.
3. Project Services
Preparing each project for efficient manufacturing
We intervene in the development of projects to ensure they can be manufactured, assembled, and disassembled using Ekons System® with efficient resource utilisation.
Before manufacturing begins, we simulate production needs. Once work has started, we compare planning with actual execution to identify potential deviations in lead times and raw material consumption.
Implementing Ekons System® involves preparing the technology, resources, and people. And we help you with that.
